Subliminal suggestions- I doubt it. Didn't offer any relaxation.Waste of money. Boring out of one's mind would be a better title.
Like many of the others, I often go to sleep while the CD is still on. I love this CD and highly recommend it for anyone looking to relax, calm their mind, and get ready to sleep. I got this CD about a year ago and didn't listen to it much at first because I have other CDs to help me sleep, but I kept coming back to this one. It helps me relax and I believe the subliminal messages are helping me be less anxious and more confident in myself & what I can do, replacing the negative "tapes" with positive messages.
It works wonders for me. very good to listen to this DVD just before bed time and when I am tense.
The melody and rhythm were a little disjointed or strident at times. This CD was not as relaxing as I had hoped.
